Refund policy

We understand and are happy to start a smooth return process. E-mail us within 14 days of receiving your item and we’ll get this taken care of for you: info@estherandrews.com

Kindly note, the below issues that may hinder a return approval. 

  • Custom orders cannot be returned. These pieces are uniquely made special to you and cannot be resold.
  • Rushed pieces may be returned, however the rush fee is not refundable.
  • Will not accept returns if stained, snagged/damaged, or washed (if your piece was damaged during wear, still e-mail us!  While we may not be able to offer a return, we may be able to fix it, or problem solve a creative solution for you).
  • The item must be returned with all of the original packaging including: wooden box, tags, tissue and all notes.

If your piece is as it originally arrived to you, we will e-mail a free return label. Once the returned piece is received in our studio, we will do an inspection for the above. If the inspection is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please remember, the refund may take 5-10 business days upon approval for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
