We hope that the piece you order is one that you cherish forever!  But we understand things change, and are happy to start a smooth return process. E-mail us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll get this taken care of for you:

Kindly note, the below issues that may hinder a return approval.  

  • Custom orders cannot be returned. These pieces are uniquely made special to you and cannot be resold.
  • Will not accept returns if stained, snagged/damaged, or washed (if your piece was damaged during wear, still e-mail us!  While we may not be able to offer a full return, we may be able to fix it or problem solve a creative solution!).
  • Must be returned with all of the original packaging, including inside notes, and tags.

If your piece is as it originally arrived to you, we will e-mail a free return label. Once the returned piece is received in our studio, we will do an inspection for the above. If the piece is as originally sent, we will process you a full refund.

Please note, the refund may take 5-10 business days.
